Training Techniques, Small Ratios...

In all of our training programs, Urban H.A.R.T. sets student education as the highest priority. In addition to comprehensive classroom work, every training program we offer has the majority of the instruction time dedicated to teaching hands-on application. Urban H.A.R.T. does not believe in long video presentations, our students learn what they will have to do in actual situations. The students perform each task under real world conditions. We maximize the effectiveness of this hands-on approach by limiting the student to instructor ratio. The small student-to-instructor ratio allows significant interaction between student and Instructor. The result of this method is simple, our student's have a higher level of competence upon training completion.

Urban H.A.R.T. training programs reflect the challenges that urban and industrial environments present. Whether the training program is urban rescue or confined space entry, only tried and proven techniques are ever used. Our training programs also receive periodic updates when new techniques or equipment is developed. Please note, however, that only after the new techniques and equipment are researched by our staff will they be adopted.
